We have used License to Chill for over 7 years to service my air conditioner and have been very pleased. One time in the middle of summer at 10PM my air went out. I called Terry so hopefully he would come by the following day, but he came by at 11PM and my air was running cold by 11:30PM. Very impressive customer service and you won't get that from the large appliance repair companies.
