What’s Included In Your 12-Point Inspection?

Our thorough 12-point maintenance inspection consists of:

• Checking volts and amps of all motors
• Inspecting the compressor and bell condition
• Checking contacts
• Inspecting primary and secondary drain pans
• Flushing the drain line
• Checking for proper coolant pressure
• Inspecting capacitors
• Monitoring thermostat operation for healing and cooling sequences
• Inspecting electrical connections
• Inspecting all bearings
• Changing or washing (customers provided) AC Filters
• Washing off outdoor unit (if a water source is available)
